Job summary

Enstructure is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely handle material and operate heavy machinery in a warehouse environment. The role requires moving bulk material, loading trucks, and completing daily inspections and paperwork.

Candidates should have 3+ years of heavy equipment experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work varied hours including weekends and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move bulk material and cargo with heavy equipment or load trucks.
• Complete daily equipment checklist and paperwork.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently; perform pre-trip inspections.
• Assist with material processing and pile maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety policies and training requirements.
• Monitor product quality and report issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
