Qualifications

• Technical College or Associate Degree in Management is preferred.
• Experience in high tech or solar manufacturing industry and start-ups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall workflow of the lines and process is met in a timely manner.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety and quality standards.
