Job summary

Polysciences, Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment Supervisor to lead maintenance and reliability across manufacturing and laboratory operations in Warrington, PA. You will minimize downtime, manage maintenance staff, and ensure equipment readiness for compliant operations.

The role requires hands-on expertise with pumps, motors, and process equipment, plus CMMS/SAP proficiency and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years in equipment maintenance, reliability, or technical operations.
2+ years in supervisory, team leadership, or maintenance coordination.
Experience in regulated manufacturing, life sciences, or pharma environments.
Hands-on with manufacturing equipment and laboratory instrumentation.
Familiarity with CMMS and SAP systems.
Experience with CAPA, change control, and validation processes.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for manufacturing and laboratory equipment.
Coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and service records.
Develop/maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment histories.
Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with external vendors.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in maintenance activities.
Support equipment qualification, validation, and CAPA processes.
