Qualifications

• Decisioning lease/loan requests experience is required
• Equipment financing experience is required
• Strong working knowledge of automated credit scoring and financial modeling
• Ability to negotiate and close structured approvals for challenging credits
• Clear understanding of equipment lease operations
• Working knowledge of lease accounting systems

Responsibilities

• Reviews credit scoring metrics and risk ratings to provide timely decisions
• Supports decisions with scoring model data from credit agencies and web resources
• Spreads and analyzes financial statements and metrics in reviews
• Reviews and approves changes within assigned authority
• Monitors credit lines and conducts renewals timely
• Mentors junior team members and contributes to training
• Proactively follow-ups on pended applications to facilitate decisions
• Maintains system comments and communicates status to stakeholders
