Job summary

Nippon Sanso MATHESON is seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer/Designer to develop and implement engineered industrial gas application solutions for the food processing industry. You will lead design, estimation, planning, fabrication supervision, installation, commissioning, and post-install support.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering and 10+ years hands-on experience with AutoCAD, technical writing, and strong communication skills, plus knowledge of cryogenics and related food

Qualifications

• BS in industrial, mechanical or chemical engineering is required.
• 10+ years of hands-on equipment engineering/designer experience in food processing or industrial gases.
• Strong engineering, AutoCAD, technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual design, cost estimate and project schedule.
• Perform CAD modeling and engineering of equipment and systems.
• Perform process modeling and calculations; develop P&ID, BOM, and drawings.
• Prepare technical proposals, bid packages and project schedules.
• Manage fabrication, equipment purchase, and project budgets.
