Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent with extensive experience in industrial manufacturing equipment.

• Knowledge of functional safety and machine safety principles.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and validate manufacturing equipment and automation for Adhesion & Assembly processes.
• Own equipment development workstreams from design to factory acceptance.
• Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability and scalability.
• Provide engineering documentation, tests, and validation reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and support capability-building within the team.
