Job summary

Diverzify is seeking an experienced Epoxy/Resinous Field Superintendent to lead commercial flooring projects onsite, overseeing epoxy, resinous coatings, polished concrete, and sealed concrete systems. Regular travel to project sites is required from mobilization through completion.

The ideal candidate has hands-on installation experience, ability to supervise crews, read blueprints, and maintain schedules while enforcing OSHA safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in commercial flooring installation and supervision.
• Knowledge of epoxy, resinous coatings, polished concrete, and sealed concrete systems.
• Ability to supervise crews and manage multiple jobsite activities.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, drawings, and project schedules.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on commercial flooring projects.
• Coordinate project mobilization, equipment, materials, manpower, and site logistics.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct daily jobsite planning meetings and assign crew tasks.
• Monitor progress and report to Project Managers.
• Manage material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage.
• Maintain project documentation and safety practices.
• Identify and resolve field-related issues and schedule conflicts.
• Attend customer and coordination meetings as needed.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and safety policies.
