Job summary

Jedox is seeking a Senior Consultant EPM to help customers transform financial and operational planning with our EPM platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining deep functional expertise with technical understanding to design, implement, and deliver planning, reporting and analytics solutions, primarily within the CFO Office and across other departments.

You’ll work with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure value realization, while living our OneTeam mindset and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in consulting, controlling, accounting or an operational business department.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to communicate confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience with software that supports collaborative FP&A or other EPM processes.
• Project management experience or experience of working in a Scrum team.
• Strong service orientation and collaborative working style.
• Collegial, open and down-to-earth personality.
• Proficiency in the English language is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as EPM point of contact for Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics.
• Collaborate with C-level, finance, and non-finance stakeholders to translate objectives into Jedox solutions.
• Develop customized planning, reporting, and analytics concepts aligned with business needs.
• Lead design and requirements workshops with clients.
• Drive end-to-end implementation delivering measurable value and adoption.
• Manage complex project landscapes with timelines, resources, risks and documentation.
• Shape scalable Jedox solution architectures and influence product development.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and liaise with Go-To-Market teams.
