FC Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Epicor Kinetic Developer to act as the internal expert for Epicor. The role focuses on hands-on development, customization, and integration within our Epicor Kinetic environment.

You will partner with IT leadership and business teams to translate needs into reliable ERP solutions. You will explore data structures, build custom apps, and support Power BI reporting, while ensuring secure, scalable deployments in a cloud-hosted ERP setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP or enterprise application development with Epicor Kinetic.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to DoD-related programs.
• Independently deliver Epicor solutions using Application Studio, BPMs, BAQs, and Epicor Functions.
• Deep understanding of Epicor data model, objects, relationships, and transaction flow.
• C# development for Epicor business logic/integrations with .NET knowledge.
• Relational databases, SQL querying, and data validation via BAQs/APIs.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, web services, authentication, and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for Epicor Kinetic architecture and customization tools.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain custom Epicor apps, screens, and dashboards using Kinetic Application Studio.
• Develop BPM directives and Epicor Functions to automate workflows and validate transactions.
• Build BAQs, calculated fields, and user-defined data structures to support business requirements.
• Design and support Epicor integrations with other systems via REST APIs and approved tools.
• Collaborate with Data Analyst on Power BI reporting, data modeling, and data quality issues.
• Diagnose complex issues; coordinate resolution with Epicor support and external vendors.
• Gather requirements, evaluate Epicor functionality, and propose configurations or integrations.
• Support Epicor implementations, migrations, upgrades, and release validation with regression testing.
• Document designs, code, dependencies, and test results; manage version control and deployments.
• Manage permissions and secure API access in a cloud-hosted ERP environment.
• Share Epicor knowledge with IT and business teams to strengthen internal capability.
