Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience designing distributed, cloud-hosted applications.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering complex Epicor/ERP initiatives.
• Hands-on with Epicor modules such as Production, MRP, Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect Epicor customizations and integrations.
• Define technical roadmaps and oversee design decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into solutions.
• Drive performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
