Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Senior Epic Systems Analyst for a remote, 12+ month contract. You will independently manage large IT projects, collaborate with executive leadership, and drive reporting and analytics using Epic, Tableau, and related data platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong Epic and Tableau experience, healthcare data knowledge including PHI, and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or BigQuery. W-2 employment only.

Qualifications

• Tableau and Epic reporting experience.
• Experience working with healthcare laboratory data and PHI.
• Additional experience with Business Objects, BigQuery or Power BI is beneficial.
• Certifications: Cogito Fundamentals (COG170) or Cogito Tools Admin (COG200).

Responsibilities

• Independently manages multiple large IT internal business projects or department-scale projects from inception to close, including resource management, risk identification and mitigation, quality assurance, and change control.
• Interacts with committees and executive leadership; provides IT performance reports with strategic recommendations.
• Liaisons for industry partnerships or represents Client at national industry events as needed.
• Ensures communication among business proponents, stakeholders, and IT leadership regarding assignments.
• Leads or contributes to improving guidelines, tools, templates, and methodologies.
• Demonstrates group facilitation, team building, and conflict resolution skills.
• Develops proposals and business plans ensuring quality IT solutions and delivery.
