Job summary

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Senior Referrals Analyst to provide advanced technical expertise for Epic referral and related patient access workflows. You will independently lead complex system analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and optimization.

Epic Referrals and Authorizations certification is preferred; scheduling experience and expertise in Epic referral order and work queue design are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing.
• Epic Referrals and Authorizations certification is preferred.
• Scheduling experience and expertise in Epic referral order and work queue design are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced technical analysis for Epic referrals and related workflows.
• Oversee upgrades of major applications and ensure data integrity.
• Manage capital IT projects from planning to on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with business analysts and stakeholders on requirements.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate training for system users.
