Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Referrals Analyst to serve as a trusted advisor for healthcare clients. You will optimize Epic Referrals workflows, build and test configurations, and support patient access and care coordination initiatives.

The role requires hands-on Epic Referrals experience, strong analytical skills, excellent client-facing communication, and the ability to travel ~25% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Referral Administration Certification (verification required).
• Minimum 4 years of recent Epic Referrals experience.
• Hands-on Epic build, support, optimization, and enhancement experience.
• Strong understanding of referral management and patient access workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, and support Epic Referrals builds.
• Evaluate referral and authorization workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead Referrals-related issues, optimization initiatives, and enhancements.
• Develop recommendations aligning Epic with referral management best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement workflow improvements and system enhancements.
• Optimize referral workqueues, scheduling integration, and provider routing rules.
• Support initiatives to improve referral conversion and continuity of care.
