Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Senior Epic Clinical Pharmacy Application Analyst to lead build, implementation, and maintenance of Epic pharmacy applications and medication management workflows.

The role collaborates with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to improve workflow efficiency and patient safety, providing guidance on best practices in clinical pharmacy informatics and Epic Willow functionality.

Qualifications

• Requires at least four (4) years of pharmacy experience with at least one (1) year in Healthcare MIS or similar system analysis and implementation.
• Four (4) years working knowledge of the medication use process preferred.
• Experience implementing large, complex Information Systems in a healthcare environment with change management and data analysis.
• Epic or other Health Information Systems experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages medication-related information and ensures data integrity across Epic and related systems.
• Supports development of medication management workflows and clinical decision support.
• Leads projects, coordinates teams, and resolves issues affecting end-user productivity.
