What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead and manage multiple projects, defining and delegating tasks for revenue cycle analysts
2. Perform complex build and configuration in Epic and related financial systems
3. Consult with member billing offices to improve billing workflows and processes
4. Act as a subject matter expert on applications and provide hands-on training to users
5. Document specifications and collaborate with teams to address integration issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
2. At least 2 applicable certifications/proficiencies in areas like Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims
3. Work history in Healthcare IT is required
4. Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience
5. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
