Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking an Epic Patient Access Consultant to help healthcare clients optimize Revenue Cycle workflows and Epic configurations. This senior role focuses on implementing and testing Epic builds, enhancing Real-Time Eligibility, and collaborating with client IT teams in a remote, travel-ready environment.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work independently, support ASA table optimization, and assist with front-end workflow enhancements and automation.

Qualifications

Epic Prelude certification required.
Hands-on Epic RTE experience required.
Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
Ability to travel up to 25% for project milestones.

Responsibilities

Support Epic Revenue Cycle workflow and system configuration optimization.
Complete and/or develop specifications for Epic build and testing activities.
Optimize Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), including query chaining, benefit filing, and plan mapping.
Support ASA table / Auto Status Assignment optimization for referrals.
Assist with registration, authorization, and front-end workflow enhancements and automation.
Optimize patient and referral workqueues and related Revenue Cycle processes.
Partner with client IT teams to support implementation and testing.
