Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Epic Inpatient Orders Application Analyst Senior for a fully remote role with quarterly travel. The position focuses on planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing Epic Inpatient Orders across the organization.

The role requires EpicCare Ambulatory Certification and strong healthcare IT experience. Responsibilities include configuration, testing, and support of complex systems, stakeholder collaboration, and PM functions for mid-size projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
EpicCare Ambulatory Certification is required.
Four years of professional experience in healthcare IT or related area.
Certification on Epic applications is required.

Responsibilities

Provides analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of clinical/administrative information systems.
Translates requirements into design and development specifications.
Configures and maintains complex systems and workflows.
Gathers requirements and documents changes for business needs.
Partners with vendors for third-party application integration and support.
Assists with project management and ensures timely delivery.
