Job summary

Cardamom is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Cupid/Radiant Analyst to support a West Coast healthcare client in a full-time, salaried role. You will handle incident management, optimization, and ongoing application support across Cupid and Radiant, collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements.

You will lead enhancements, testing, and maintenance, mentor teammates, and serve as a subject matter expert on Cupid and Radiant, leveraging strong knowledge of cardiology and radiology

Qualifications

• Epic Cupid and/or Radiant certification is required.
• 5+ years of Epic Cupid/Radiant experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting both Cupid and Radiant modules.
• Experience with production support, incident management and optimization.
• Strong cardiology and radiology workflow knowledge.
• Experience leading stakeholder conversations and mentoring analysts.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train existing team members while serving as a subject matter expert for Cupid and Radiant.
