Family Health Centers at NYU Langone is seeking a Senior I Developer of Information Management in Brooklyn to design and develop analytics solutions within the Epic Clarity ecosystem. The role sits in the NYU Family Health Center Quality Department and focuses on reporting and data analytics for clinical, financial, and operational needs.

You will collaborate with Epic Clarity reporting teams, understand EMR workflows, and contribute to cross-functional reporting efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years designing, developing, testing Epic Clarity reports.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, WebI and SAP BusinessObjects against Epic Clarity/Caboodle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Analyze, develop, and test complex clinical reports with minimal supervision.
• Perform QA on new reports and changes to existing ones.
• Recommend tools and solutions based on reporting needs.
• Design high-efficiency reports based on user requirements.
• Understand Epic EMR front and backend workflows related to reports.
• Interact with all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate intra- and inter-departmentally.
