Mount Sinai seeks a Senior Report Analyst II to develop and modify Epic Clarity and Reporting Workbench reports. You will work independently, lead reporting initiatives, andapply your understanding of clinical workflows and Crystal Reports and Clarity database structures.

You will identify needs, implement reporting workflows, and ensure end-users receive the required reports. Ongoing development of Clarity reports and Reporting Workbench reports is part of the role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years experience in Information Technology/Computer Science and/or clinical healthcare discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Epic Clarity Data Model Certification and experience highly preferred.
• Experience with the Epic Resolute Hb/PB software or other clinical systems preferred.
• Experience in working on medium to large sized systems projects in a technology-driven environment.

• Achieve certification in Clarity Data Model as determined by the Epic Course Catalog.
• Achieve certification in Reporting Workbench as determined by the Epic Course Catalog.
• Demonstrate the ability to collect workflow and other pertinent information from clients.
• Develop report specifications based on user requirements.
• Ensure quality and accurate development of reports based on knowledge of the system.
• Troubleshoot problems or questions from users.
• Establish standards around report development to ensure consistency across implementations.
• Prioritize and implement changes requested for developed reports.
• Thoroughly review and tests each new release and communicate changes before users access the new release.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the system and provide guidance to other staff in analyzing issues and the development of potential solutions.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex multi system issues.
• Demonstrate professional behavior when interacting with clients and coworkers.
• Demonstrate ability to understand tasks and anticipate ongoing work and take ownership of the process.
• Demonstrate ability to organize work for other team members to achieve success.
• Performs other related duties.
