Inova Health System is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC ClinDoc team. This full-time, dayshift role is fully remote with eligibility for candidates in GA and other states.

The position focuses on implementing and maintaining EpicCare systems, coordinating upgrades, testing, and collaborating with management and vendors to deliver reliable clinical workflows. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience, 3 years Epic build experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant professional experience.
• 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC ClinDoc certification required on start.

Responsabilités

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to optimize performance.
• Defines modifications to applications or databases to support workflow needs.
• Facilitates Epic updates, testing, and project scoping with stakeholders.
• Manages IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs.
• Escalates issues and communicates status to management promptly.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls.
• Develops training programs and mentors team members.
