Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare industry and previous experience in required application discipline.
• Current Epic certification in Resolute Professional Billing Administration and Claims and Remittance Administration required.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor degree in CS/IS/Healthcare Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Owns configuration and support of Epic Resolute Professional Billing workflows.
• Troubleshoots issues and coordinates with IS, Revenue Cycle, and end users.
• Analyzes workflows to improve billing accuracy and reimbursement outcomes.
• Develops and documents system configurations, testing, and training materials.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements and internal policies.
