Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks an IM Program Manager – Applications Sr. to oversee end-to-end delivery of the hospital’s Epic-based software and other applications for the new Downers Grove campus and clinics, from planning through go-live and transition to operations.

You will lead multiple application PMs, manage budgets, and partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure workflows are validated and activated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Project management certification preferred; Epic certification(s) preferred.
• Epic experience required; knowledge of hospital systems like RTLS, PACS, LIS, PIS is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the hospital’s software and application portfolio with Epic at the core.
• Manage multiple application project managers across domains and drive decisions in a matrixed environment.
• Own Epic build/configuration and integrations between Epic and other systems; ensure workflows are captured and validated.
