Job summary

Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, CA seeks a Senior Epic Inpatient Orders, or Senior Epic Ambulatory certified analyst to join the Information Systems team. The role requires clinical module expertise and experience in fast-paced environments to support daily operations and ongoing certification goals.

The analyst will provide production and after-hours support, identify improvements, and lead medium to large IS projects while coordinating across IT teams to ensure reliable clinical workflows

Qualifications

• Senior Epic Inpatient Orders and/or Ambulatory certified analyst.
• Clinical module experience is required.
• Experience with production support and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support, on-call and after-hours support.
• Develop new functionality and solve problems in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Own or manage medium to large projects within the IS team.
• Coordinate with System Administrators, DBA, Networking, Reporting, and Help Desk.
• Implement changes using documented procedures compliant with policies.
