Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking an experienced Epic Analyst or Senior Epic Analyst to support design, implementation, and optimization of Epic applications and related systems in a healthcare setting.

The role partners with end users and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve workflows, and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring secure, efficient patient care. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and Epic certification, with 4+ years of experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Healthcare, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for education
4+ years of directly related professional experience
Related Epic certification(s) required
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Epic workflows, integrations, SQL, HL7, APIs, or software development is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, implement, upgrade, and support Epic applications and integrations
Analyze workflows and business needs and recommend effective technical solutions
Troubleshoot, debug, document, and optimize application functionality
Support interfaces, data exchange, APIs, and third-party applications
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other analysts as needed
