Qualifications
- Strong experience configuring, designing and supporting an Epic solution.
- Experience documenting business requirements and technical specifications.
- Experience in test planning, execution, and project quality requirements.
- Ability to bridge communication among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT and clinical applications.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Epic environments.
- Lead discovery calls and provide level of effort estimates.
- Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
- Translate requirements and workflows to technical specs for Epic use cases.
- Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
- Define future-state workflows and identify data gaps.
