Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst – Ambulatory to lead build and maintenance of Epic environments, drive design sessions with stakeholders, and ensure clear mapping of requirements to technical specs. You will work with matrix teams including providers, PMs, and IT resources to deliver robust ambulatory workflows.

Required five years of experience with EpicCare Ambulatory and strong healthcare IT knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical applications and healthcare IT industry.
• Experience in test planning, execution, and quality assurance for large projects.
• Ability to bridge communication among technical and non-technical staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic environments and configurations.
• Lead discovery calls and provide Level of Effort estimates.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Translate requirements and workflows to technical specifications.
• Lead documentation for discovery and implementation.
