Job summary

Eugenus Inc. is seeking a Head of the Epi Product Unit to lead strategy, architecture, and commercialization of next-generation Epi products, including 3D DRAM multi-stack technologies, in San Jose, CA.

You will define technical direction, drive development from concept to NPI and HVM, and partner with customers to shape product roadmaps. This role requires deep epitaxy expertise and strong cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

PhD in Materials Science/Engineering with 12+ years in industry.
Alternatively MS in related field with 15+ years.
Proven track record bringing epitaxy tech from development to production.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with 300mm capital equipment and HVM.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Define and lead Epi product strategy and roadmap.
Direct development of next-gen Epi products and processes.
Oversee cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and product marketing.
Drive NPI, qualification, and transition to high-volume manufacturing.
Mentor engineers and manage technology transfer to production.
Engage with customers to translate requirements into product plans.
Establish performance targets and ensure manufacturability.
