Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Senior Superintendent to supervise all installation activities on large solar farm and power plant EPC projects. You will oversee field teams, maintain schedules and cost controls, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with Quality and Project teams to meet client and company goals.

Travel and relocation are required as projects span North America; you will mentor entry and mid-level engineers and ensure adherence to NEC and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in power or related market.
• Competent with project control and administration software (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regs, scheduling, cost control, and drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance.
• Willing to relocate/travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct project teams to meet goals, defining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee outputs from engineering, constructability, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams from design to start-up.
• Establish project procedures aligned with contracts and quality plans; manage controls, schedules, and budgets.
• Represent the project with client, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors at meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate training and compliance measures for project procedures.
