Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution. This remote role requires travel to job sites in AZ and NM, with periodic visits to sites in the region to gain understanding of means and methods.

You will mentor junior schedulers, contribute to training, and ensure CPM best practices across multiple units. Strong P6 skills and construction experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience in EPC scheduling is required.
• Proficiency with P6 software is mandatory.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and support their development.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management and field teams.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and monitor critical path.
• Communicate schedule updates and propose corrective actions.
