Job summary

Ben Aris is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital projects across energy and industrial sectors. The role oversees multidisciplinary work from engineering through procurement, construction, startup, and handover, with accountability for delivery, commercial performance, and client relationships.

You will direct engineering teams, suppliers, and contractors, manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk, and provide technical oversight of mechanical equipment and piping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• EPC project management experience in energy, chemicals, industrial, or process facilities.
• Experience delivering from engineering through commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, and industrial facility design.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, procurement, and change management.
• Excellent client-facing leadership and decision-making skills.
• Field, construction, startup, or commissioning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and change.
• Coordinate engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, and construction stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight of mechanical equipment, piping, and related systems.
• Support equipment specifications, procurement, technical evaluations, and vendor coordination.
• Lead client meetings, project reviews, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Support construction and startup teams with field and technical challenges.
