Job summary

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead EPC procurement across the MasTec Power Delivery East and Central Regions. You will guide sourcing of materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services to ensure safe, on-time, and cost-effective project execution.

The role leads a team of procurement analysts and planners, partners with estimating, project management, legal, and finance, and drives category management, supplier qualification, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, procurement, supply chain, or economics.
• 10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Occasional travel required

Responsibilities

• Develop EPC procurement strategies aligned with project schedules.
• Lead supplier qualification, prequalification, and performance evaluation.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for subcontractors and materials.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Project Management, Legal and Finance to ensure compliance.
• Lead material planning and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
