Job summary

Fermi America is spearheading Project Matador, a multi-component energy infrastructure program in West Texas. The Procurement Manager will own the full lifecycle of EPC contracts, from sourcing to closeout, coordinating with ERP and scheduling tools to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement/contracting for power or heavy industrial projects, with a strong commercial mindset and experience in LSTK/EPC engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years in procurement or contracts.
• Experience administering LSTK/EPC contracts with high TIC values.
• Proficient with ERP systems for PO, invoicing, and contract management.
• Familiarity with P6 scheduling and WBS hierarchies.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC contract strategy and RFP execution from scope through award.
• Administer active EPC contracts, monitor milestones and payments.
• Coordinate ITT, BAFO, and award processes with legal and leadership.
• Manage contractor performance reviews and KPI tracking.
• Ensure compliance with wage, tax, and incentive provisions.
