Job summary

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP seeks a Counsel with 9+ years of experience in renewable energy, energy storage, conventional energy and nuclear energy law to support our EPC, procurement and construction transactions practice. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating EPC, procurement, O&M, and related contracts for major energy projects domestically and internationally.

The ideal candidate will be based in one of Orrick’s U.S. offices (SF, NY, DC, Houston) with a U.S.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of transactional experience in EPC, energy storage, conventional, and nuclear energy law.
• Based in Orrick US offices (SF, NY, DC or Houston).
• Membership in the state bar of the office location is required.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating EPC, procurement, O&M and other construction-related contracts for large energy and infrastructure projects domestically and internationally.
