Job summary

Orrick seeks a Counsel with 9+ years of renewable energy, energy storage, conventional energy and nuclear energy experience to join our energy and infrastructure practice. You will draft and negotiate EPC, procurement, O&M and other construction contracts for major domestic and international projects with a global team.

The role targets candidates based in Orrick’s U.S. offices (SF, NY, DC, Houston) with bar admission in the respective state.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of transactional experience in EPC/energy law.
• Based in a U.S. office (SF, NY, DC or Houston) with bar admission in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating EPC, procurement, O&M and other construction-related contracts.
• Manage transactions for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects both domestically and internationally.
• Support a market-leading energy and infrastructure practice with integrated teams.
