Exelon is seeking a qualified attorney with substantial experience in large construction project transactions, including EPC agreements, to support complex energy infrastructure projects. You will draft, negotiate, and advise on contracts while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant completion.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Competenze

• LLB or JD and licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly under time deadlines.
• Experience in direct counsel to business clients.

Mansioni

• Draft EPC and GMP agreements and other construction-focused contracts.
• Evaluate risks and liabilities for large infrastructure projects.
• Advise clients during all phases of project contracting.
• Coordinate with internal legal teams, outside counsel and business units; manage warranties and performance issues.
• Prepare budgets and oversee outside counsel management.
