Medtronic is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist for a remote role within the United States, requiring residence in the territory and travel to multiple accounts. A valid driver’s license is essential.

The position supports cardiac mapping and ablation solutions, collaborating with clinicians, engineers, and sales teams to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include clinical training, product education, and strengthening customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor degree plus 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping and navigation systems.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on CAS products and procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and CAS solutions.
• Communicate with the region's sales and clinical teams to plan and implement programs.
• Represent Medtronic CAS to physicians and staff regarding products, service and support.
• Act as a regional champion to share experience and promote mapping technology proficiency.
