Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist to join remotely within the territory. You will work with clinicians and engineers to deploy mapping and ablation solutions and train staff on CAS products.

This role emphasizes precise technical support, collaboration with sales and clinical teams, and a strong focus on patient outcomes. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 25–50% are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 years related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus 4 years related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years’ work experience in cardiac field.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
