Abbott is seeking a Senior EP Clinical Specialist to provide advanced engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for EP products in a remote California role with substantial travel. The position requires deep EP expertise, leadership, and the ability to mentor others while ensuring top-tier customer engagement.

You will act as the primary clinical interface between medical communities and Abbott, delivering trainings, supporting complex inquiries, and helping drive sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience (internal or external).
• IBHRE EP certification required.
• Solely dedicated to EP.
• Must have 2+ years in Sr. EP CS role.
• Vendor credentialing requirements including vaccination may apply.
• Ability to mentor EP CS and CA CS roles on complex mapping cases.
• Willingness to conduct complex customer education events.
• Track record of above-average revenue per case.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product expertise.
• Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, education, and clinical support 24/7 on-call.
• Develop and deliver EP trainings and education programs.
• Mentor EP clinical support roles and lead regional trainings.
• Maintain updated knowledge of EP products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Support sales with product demonstrations and account coverage.
