Zusammenfassung

Leidos is seeking a Senior EOSH Specialist to join the NISC IV team at the FAA’s WJHTC in Egg Harbor, NJ. This on-site role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining occupational safety and health programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in safety/OSH, strong knowledge of OSHA/NFPA regulations, and eight years of relevant experience, with FAA suitability possible.

Qualifikationen

• Degree with 24+ semester hours in safety, health, industrial hygiene or related fields.
• Preferred OSHA 6005, OSHA 30 General Industry/Construction, AHERA Inspector certifications.
• Eight years of experience in OSHA/NEC/NFPA, indoor air quality investigations, EOSH training, job hazard analyses, and safety inspections.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain safety programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and revise emergency response plans as needed.
• Conduct emergency evacuation drills.
• Use Archibus to complete tasks within set timeframes.
• Inspect workplaces and equipment for hazards and regulatory compliance.
• Assess risks related to chemical exposure, noise, ergonomics, and environment.
• Update job hazard analyses based on observations.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Deliver EOSH training to personnel.
