Job summary

CIS Secure seeks experienced Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technical Intelligence Analysts to support government programs focused on Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI), technical exploitation, and threat analysis for improvised threats and emerging tech.

The role involves examining CEM, evaluating TTPs, and producing technical intelligence for operational planning, force protection, and technology exploitation.

Qualifications

• Military EOD background with formal training.
• Experience conducting Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) and TECHINT analysis.
• Experience analyzing exploitable material (CEM), battlefield recoveries, and COTS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct WTI analysis of collected exploitable material (CEM) using photos, radiographic imagery, and other exploitation methods.
• Analyze IEDs, UxS, and emerging threats to identify technical characteristics and build signatures.
• Produce technical intelligence reports and exploitation products for Government partners.
• Assess battlefield recoveries and COTS tech for exploitation potential.
• Research classified and unclassified information to support intelligence production.
• Develop threat assessments and executive briefings for operational planning and force protection.
• Present findings to Government stakeholders and technical communities.
• Maintain analytical processes and documentation; support deployed exploitation activities.
