Job summary

CIS Secure is seeking experienced Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) Analysts to support government programs focused on technical intelligence and analysis of unmanned systems, IED threats, and emerging tech. You will analyze, integrate, and produce reports for DHS/Government stakeholders in a classified environment at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

Responsibilities include all-source analysis, technical exploitation, executive briefings, and contributing to threat network targeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree and three (3) years of relevant experience may be substituted.
• Six (6) years of specialized experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis supporting Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) missions.
• Produce technical exploitation reports by integrating intelligence from multiple forensic and intelligence disciplines.
• Analyze unmanned systems, improvised threats, commercial technologies, and other emerging capabilities to identify adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Conduct technical exploitation of battlefield recoveries and COTS technologies.
• Develop intelligence assessments supporting threat network targeting and operational planning.
• Research classified and unclassified information to support technical exploitation reporting.
• Produce executive briefings, intelligence reports, and analytical products for Government stakeholders.
• Present analytical findings to intelligence and technical communities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining analytical processes and reporting procedures.
• Support deployed and expeditionary exploitation efforts, including travel to operational locations when required.
