Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of EO/IR sensor and flight-hardware programs.
• Establish and maintain integrated product teams from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules, budgets, and program performance reporting.
• Identify and resolve technical dependencies, risks, and readiness gaps.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, test, contracts, and finance.
