Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant program-management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and contracts.
• Familiarity with earned value management and project performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily execution of technology-development EO/IR programs following contract requirements.
• Establish and maintain the integrated product team structure from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules and program plans.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, test, finance, and contracts.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and contractual obligations.
• Interface with customers and coordinate contract negotiations and compliance.
