Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Scientist to advance data processing techniques for EO, IR, and SAR data at Wright-Patt AFB, OH. Responsibilities include developing algorithms for detection and tracking, R&D for performance enhancement, and collaborating to deploy near real-time systems. The ideal candidate holds an MS in Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering, with proficiency in Python, Matlab, or C/C++. Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Matlab, or C/C++.
• Experience in EO/IR/RF signature and ML methods in remote sensing.
• Ability to work independently in R&D and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop image and signal processing techniques.
• Perform R&D to enhance detection and tracking algorithms.
• Collaborate to prototype Near Real Time systems.
• Contribute to analysis reports and briefings.

Skills

Proficiency in Python
