Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Optical/ Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math or related.
• 5+ years of related experience or higher degrees with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience with image and signal processing techniques and implementation in C/C++, MATLAB or Python.

Responsibilities

• Apply EO/IR phenomenology to create physics-based models of seeker hardware for high-fidelity simulations.
• Design and implement image/signal processing algorithms and integrate into the simulation framework.
• Execute modeling/algorithm development to meet accelerated program schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize modeling tools in C/C++, Python, and MATLAB for HPC/lab use.
• Collaborate with GNC, systems, software, firmware, and hardware teams on M&S activities and verification approaches.
• Support HWIL, lab, and real-time test activities, correlate with test/flight data, and update models.
• Present technical results to stakeholders and participate in design/readiness reviews.
• Maintain process discipline and contribute to standards and configuration management.
