Job summary

XTS is seeking an Electro-Optical Imagery Scientist to support NGA’s QA Accreditation of AI Models. You will evaluate AI-enabled GEOINT capabilities against operational imagery, focusing on how environmental effects, sensor limits, and image quality influence algorithm performance.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with CI poly willingness.
PhD + 10 years or equivalent combination of advanced degrees and experience.
Deep expertise in EO collection systems, phenomenology, and image formation.
Experience evaluating AI/ML algorithms with operational EO datasets.
Experience locating OOIs and validating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

Support NGA AGAIM accreditation for AI models.
Design analytic methodologies and validation frameworks.
Analyze environmental effects and sensor limitations on algorithms.
Evaluate AI performance across real-world GEOINT data.
