Job summary

Barone Consulting LLC seeks a full-time Senior Electro-Optical Imagery Data Scientist who will focus on AI/ML applications for ISR sensors aimed at object detection and classification. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with EO imagery and a strong data science background.

The role involves data processing and interactions with SAR Imagery Scientists to enhance datasets. A Master’s degree and TS/SCI clearance are required, along with excellent communication skills to convey technical methods and findings.

Qualifications

• 13 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of EO imagery and remote sensing principles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Pre-process and standardize geospatial data for model testing.
• Collaborate with SAR Imagery Scientists for data enhancement.
• Identify and fill gaps in new GEOINT or sensor data.
