Hogan Lovells’ Denver office seeks an outstanding Senior Associate to join our environmental transactions practice. The role offers a lead position on sophisticated deals across the country in diverse sectors.

Ideal candidates have 5–9 years of environmental transactions experience, preferably at a large law firm, including diligence, drafting M&A environmental provisions, and advising clients on risks and mitigation. Competitive base salary with bonuses and relocation support.

• Experience conducting diligence on the environmental aspects of transactions.
• Drafting environmental provisions of M&A agreements.
