You will provide technical leadership, mentor staff, and advance innovative remediation technologies while coordinating with teams across the country and abroad. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental, civil, chemical, geological engineering.
• Minimum 7 years (10 years preferred) of related environmental remediation experience.
• Strong understanding of remediation technology, design, and implementation methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical approaches and lead remediation design and execution for complex projects.
• Design remedial actions, including plans, specifications, bid documents, and project execution plans.
• Lead preparation of remediation project designs and supporting calculations.
• Remain current in remediation technology and implementation techniques.
• Mentor junior staff and support technical training and mentorship programs.
• Support technical sales efforts and client engagement.
